Jason Capps

Owner

Jason is a certified executive chef and owner of Bella Sera, a special event venue and catering company located in Pittsburgh’s South Hills. In 2006 he built Bella Sera, located in Canonsburg near Southpointe, and became Pennsylvania’s first caterer and event venue certified by the Green Restaurant Association. When you meet Jason for the first time, you’ll be struck not only by his incredible passion for food but also his passion for family. A proud father, Jason enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his two daughters Lily and Lauren. He also enjoys skydiving, snowboarding, cycling and sporting clays.

Jacky Fife

General Manager

Jacky brings her in depth knowledge and experience to all aspects of the operation of Bella Sera including weddings, catering, corporate events and financial management. Jacky is instrumental in bringing the character and culture of Bella Sera to all of our clients. An employee of Bella Sera since 2006, she spent her childhood growing up in Peters Township then graduated from Pennsylvania Culinary with a degree in Restaurant Management. Having spent over 25 years in the hospitality industry, she encompasses many different aspects of the company.

Megan Perri

Corporate / Social / Catering Sales Manager

Megan has been a member of the team at Bella Sera since 2014. She grew up in the Pittsburgh area and earned a degree in Communication Studies from Kent State University. With years of experience working with customers and clients across multiple industries, Megan adds dedication and a client focus to the team at Bella Sera. She has always had a passion for special events and enjoys working closely with clients to ensure every detail of their event is just as they imagined. Megan has planned and executed a wide array of events such as showers, executive meetings, holiday parties, bar/bat mitzvahs and everything in between! She spends her free time chasing her toddler and enjoys shopping and time with family and friends.

Andrea Zagorski

Wedding Consultant

Andrea has been a part of the Bella Sera team since 2019. She graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Special Events. While in college, she interned at Bella Sera, bringing her newly found skill and passion for the events industry to Canonsburg. Now that she is our Wedding Consultant, Andrea has the opportunity to help Bella Sera couples make their wedding dreams a reality. From room design to timeline, she’s got you covered! When not in wedding-mode, Andrea enjoys attending live shows and concerts, traveling to new places, and soaking up the sun at Chautauqua Lake with her friends and family.

Jimme Warcholak

Executive Chef

Chef Jimme, a poised and capable culinary professional, started at Bella Sera as a prep cook, left to round out his resume and is back, this time at the helm of the kitchen team. Jimme’s dedication to the industry is undeniable and his rise to this leadership role is respectable. From an early age, cooking was always something that captivated Chef Jimme ‐ from pestering his parents for details at dinner every night, to the hours spent with his grandmother preparing meals for every occasion. He is a proud graduate of Western Area Career & Technology Center Quantity Food program as well as the PA Youth Apprenticeship Program which provided him the opportunity to work in several high‐volume operations as a young chef. The past several years Jimme has been leading culinary teams for several local hotel and event venues but is very excited to be back at Bella
Sera as Executive Chef after starting his career here 23 years ago.

Lindsey Harding

Event Coordinator

Lindsey joined the Bella Sera team in 2024. She grew up in the Philadelphia area and made her way to western PA to attend PennWest California, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing. Now, Lindsey is joining her meticulous attention to detail with years of experience in customer care to deliver day-of wedding and special event coordination at Bella Sera. She takes the time to understand your wedding day vision and works tirelessly to bring it to life, ensuring every detail is exactly as you imagined it. She keeps your day running smoothly so all that’s left for you to do is celebrate and enjoy your big day! In her free time, Lindsey enjoys traveling with her family and honing her creative writing craft.
